What a gem of a place. As other reviewers stated, Monica felt like family before we even met her! This house is awesome and we loved walking the back route to the Main Street shops and restaurants. The only disappointing factor was that we stayed only one night! Monica is a treasure, and Eric was very friendly and welcomed us as well.

Absolutely amazing and her boys we more than welcoming to my 2yo babygirl. I wish I had booked them for one more night. I loved their place felt right at home and we were so comfortable.

Our second stay. Wonderful place. Monica and family were very nice. Great breakfast. Upstairs space is great. Come and go as you please. Beautiful homes all around. Easy drive to Charleston, Beaufort or Savannah for day trips and back to the house. We highly recommend. All rooms downstairs are great also.

I'll start off by saying that the host, Monica, is the type of person that after you speak with her, you wish the world had more people like her. She is communicative, warm, incredibly accommodating, and so kind. Before arriving, Monica sent both messages and videos to ensure we had a seamless check in and stay. Her beautiful home is nestled in a quaint and picturesque town. She provided great dinner recommendations, and we enjoyed a delicious meal before settling into our suite for the evening. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the space, the bathroom, the linens, etc. Every detail was accounted for, and as a side note, the shower felt like a spa! To top it all off, Monica had a delicious breakfast ready for us the next morning. Fresh coffee ready the second we stepped downstairs, along with homemade muffins and yummy hard boiled eggs with fruit and yogurt. Believe me when I say well we will be visiting again! Five stars indeed!

A terrific small town, downtown spot with hospitality. Location was a beautiful, reasonable drive to Charleston. All the details were there, and Monica was accommodating of every need. The host family was friendly, energetic, helpful, and welcoming. would love to come back.
