Isabel’s apartment is a nice place to stay and has lots of nice amenities such as good AC, great location, offers beach equipment. There were a couple of issues which were a shame for the price we paid. Firstly, ants in the kitchen was unhygienic, secondly cutlery in the draws were left dirty. Patio was not what it looked like in photo and was very disappointing with wrecked flooring. One of the bathrooms flooded as hair from previous visitors was not removed. The biggest issue was the smell of the apartment from the sink which created an odour of sewage which made us not hangout in the kitchen. Isabel’s place is a lovely place to stay with perfect location, however it needs to work on the hygiene.

Erg fijne vakantie gehad, contact met Isabel was makkelijk en snel. Appartement was zoals beschreve en we kregen zelfs een extra handdoek van Isabel. Al met al een aanrader om naartoe te gaan.

Tiszta, nagy lakás, a közelben rengeteg étterem, üzlet. Az éttermek hátulütője viszont, hogy hangosak.

Well the apartment was amazing! Much bigger than the pictures and everything worked and we had a small issue with the washing machine which was quickly fixed. The neighbourhood was the best in a small square with lots of bars and restaurants but no noisy evenings as people have to close up by 2am and no loud music. We were 6 minutes walk from the metro at Amistat and a 3 minute walk for a bus to either beach or tram. The city of arts and sciences was similarly a 30 minutes bus ride away. Everything was easy to get to and the fabulous beach at Malvarossa was breathtaking.. Great place highly recommended.
