Fully furnished, spacious cottage offered with privacy from main house. The cottage is 20km south of Stanthorpe and 3km east of Ballandean which has a general store, bakery, coffee shop & tavern. Close to Girraween, Sundown, Pyramid Rock & Boonoo Boonoo Falls National Park as well as many wineries. This is a peaceful, rural 100 acre property nestled in the hills of the Granite Belt. Lots of wildlife. Newly planted Feijoa orchard. A retreat to rest & relax. The area is known as big sky country of the clearest blue and unpolluted air. The expansive star lit night sky will take your breath away. The cottage is 840 meters above sea level .We are well away from the traffic noise of the highway. Peace and quiet.

Jackie was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The cottage was peaceful and comfortable with the fire place already prepared and ready. It had all the touches of home.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the cottage and it was a lovely stay again. The place is well equipped and very warm. Very easy access to Girraween National Park. Jackie is very friendly and super responsive.

Jackie’s place was quiet and nestled in a valley between granite hills. The cottage was very comfortable with plenty of space. A highly recommended out of the way experience
