Welcome to our spacious private room in a 2-story house - your perfect NY home away from home! The apartment has beautiful skylight, bamboo floors, spacious common area and kitchen. It's great for a single guest, however, it can easily fit 2 people. The room is very bright, has a lot of storage space (hangers included), AC / heaters, decorated with amazing wall art. We will provide you with everything you may need during your stay: clean sheets and towels, high-speed WiFi internet, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dish washer, pots and pans, iron with a board, hair dryer etc. There is a full bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Our college-aged son stayed here for four months while doing an internship in Manhattan. Anastasia's place was safe, spacious, comfortable, clean and convenient - made the daily commute really easy. The park and YMCA at short walking distance were very convenient for exercise, and the subway (literally a 5 minute walk) made the daily commute so easy. As host, Anastasia is super responsive and caring - and it shows in the upkeep of the place. Friendly and safe - highly recommend it for medium term stays (or even short stays). The neighborhood is safe, walkable - but not a lot of restaurants around. Definitely a great choice for commuters into the city who want more space and comfort than what Manhattan housing has to offer! Thank you, Anastasia - for making this such a great experience for our son.
