We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Annick's place. Perfect beach and view right outside the room. 5 minutes walk to some nice restaurants and downtown area. Hotel next door still needs some TLC before it can re-open but the rebuild after Irma is progressing and the locals are working hard to get it done. Titi was very welcoming and gave us lots of good information. We will be back as soon as we can.

This place is amazing, just as pictured. The location is exactly as beautiful in real life, as in the pictures. This was my first time traveling alone & out of the country (USA). Titi was amazing, we got along swimmingly. She checked on me almost every day of my trip to see how I was doing. The Cadisco market being so close to the apartment (a 3-5 minute walk), make sure you have everything you might need for your stay. I ran out of toilet paper on day 3 of my stay & had not found any backup and bought a few rolls at the Cadisco. Not something I was expecting, but I managed. The apartment is a nice 10 minute walk to some cute cafes. However, I rented a car and picked up some more varied grocery items at the Super U. Overall, my favorite part of every day was making an espresso in the espresso machine in the apartment and eating a French almond pastry on my little patio, watching the beautiful water. 10/10, I would definitely recommend Studio Cocotier!

Emplacement exceptionnel au bord de l'eau. Studio refait à neuf après Irma, les habitants se démènent pour offrir de belles conditions. Tout à proximité. Un séjour réussi également grâce à l'hospitalité unique des résidents (notamment et surtout Titi !)
