This was the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had, I felt incredibly lucky to be there for a month! Arthur and Jeanne are the nicest, coolest hosts, and they made me feel right at home. Their house is really beautiful, very clean and bright, and my sunny room with a balcony was a great place to work during the day. The location is also amazing, it’s a short walk on a really pretty walking path to the ocean and all the cute shops and restaurants. I hope to make it back again next winter, I loved my stay here so much! This was such a relaxing, restorative place to stay!

5 star and even better! My stay in Manhattan Beach I recently had an holiday stay at Arthur and Jeanne's Airbnb! The welcome was warm, and the host gave me a lot of helpful recommendations. They are always responsive! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. The house was carefully and beautifully designed by the host, with tidy and comfortable rooms. There was also a library nearby, and the ocean view from the roof level was stunning. The host was friendly and provided great recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen and garden. I had a good time there with Arthur, Jeanne and their lovely pets. I highly recommend this Airbnb and it is a perfect choice for holiday, work and study. I wish I can have a second visit!

Stayed a month and by the end it felt like home. Very peaceful upstairs room to sleep in like being in a tree house with nice windows. Rainshower style shower. Private bath. Closet and bureau available. Good WIFI. Enjoyed the two sweet cats that greet you. Pleasant back porch for chillaxing. Frig and cupboard space to yourself is convenient. The home is across the street from a shaded path to malls one way and Manhattan Beach shopping and restaurants the other way. High walk score if you like to walk a few miles. Hosts always responsive and helpful with great suggestions. A minor repair was handled within hours. Hope to stay again!

I felt so fortunate to find Art and Jeanne and their gorgeous Manhattan Beach home. This was a month-long stay for a work trip and having never stayed in a shared Air BNB before I had no idea what to expect, but Art and Jeanne couldn’t have been more welcoming. The house is absolutely beautiful, sunny and quiet, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach or downtown, and in the other direction the vastly improved Manhattan Village Mall. If you’d like a hotel alternative for a long stay or somewhere to call home for a shorter one with some great company and genuinely kind and generous people, you can’t go wrong booking here.

Arthur”s place is a beautiful and big pristine house. The room is beautiful, in perfect shape and clean. The location couldn’t be better, a few blocks from the beach, walkable and safe. Right in front of the house there is a natural running path surrounded by nature. The area has great restaurants, cute shopping and the whole ambiance of Manhattan beach is neat and beautiful. The walking streets almost look like a contemporary European town. The kitchen in the house is big, well equipped and totally enjoyable! There is a great patio where I come iut to work from home Arthur and Jeanne are wonderful hosts, kind and helpful people I couldn’t be happier All 5 stars place!
