Gorgeous bright space that is SUPER clean. Great coffee and bottled beverages & little extras were included that were just what I needed. So serene and walkable to literally everything- walked to the cliff walk, downtown, to restaurants & cafes, and the pub! Great to have off-street parking in this very prime location.

The historic Pine Lodge is beautiful, quiet, and located in a lovely old neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

If you’re visiting Newport this is the place to stay. The location was very convenient since it is quick 5-10 minute walk to the main town. The place itself is clean, well kept, and picturesque.

The porch room at Pine Lodge was perfect for my short trip to Newport. The room is on the side of a 19th century home renovated in the early 2000s. Mike was great host, communicating timely and thoroughly, friendly and sharing some history with me about the house. The room has its own entrance off the porch, is spacious for one person with its own full bath. Mike has some extra touches. The house is in walking distance of Bellevue with shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet with lots of large trees. Wifi worked well and the place was extremely clean.

We love visiting Newport and this may be our favorite new place to stay. Perfect location, private and quiet, and wonderful accommodations!
