The apartment is really beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms excellent and the lounge was a nice space. However, one or two minor things would have made our stay better. The instructions on arrival - bus 13 from the rail station to directional 70. If you’ve never been to Modena before, you would not know where this is. Via Giardini is miles long. Some local things to look for on the bus, such as “go through two sets of traffic lights after the Hotel Donatello on your right” would have been helpful. There was only one sharp knife in the kitchen (a carving type) so not much use if you want to cook. The washing up sponge under the sink was ancient and needs replacing. The washing up liquid was watered down. Two glasses were dirty and had to be washed before use. There was no tea-towel to dry the dishes. Modena is a wonderful city to visit. And if you’re going to Maranello, you can catch bus 800 or 820 over the road from the apartment.

Rayisa was very communicative and responsive prior to out arrival. The apartment is very spacious, perfectly clean and had everything we required. Would highly recommend.
