Even after seeing the photos of this beautiful and spotless little guest house, I was still unprepared for how much more charming it is in person. It was perfectly quiet and an ideal retreat for me to get away for a week. Do bring an eye mask, however—it can be bright in the mornings.

The photos really don't do this guest house justice! The location is fantastic--quiet, private, peaceful. The views are absolutely stunning! The guest house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed had plenty of pillows and blankets, the heat was easy to use, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Can't wait to come back!

This is a great spot — the cabin was very comfortable and has a beautiful view. We appreciated the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We explored the numerous hiking trails on the peninsula. We’d love to come back!

My wife and I stayed at Dorothy’s place for a weekend, and it was one of the very best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Fantastic location, beautiful views and accommodations (photos do neither the view nor the guesthouse apartment space justice), communicative and extremely thoughtful host (it snowed in the morning and by the time I went to check on my car in the afternoon, it had already been cleaned off!), and comfortable space in which to relax and feel like the weekend getaway has truly gotten you “away.” Would definitely stay again.
