Beautiful nautical-style home in the beautiful town of Boothbay. The home is just 7 minutes from the historical seaside city of Boothbay Harbor. Located off Route 27 (main access to Boothbay Harbor and surrounding villages and convenience stops.). Other surrounding cities include Wiscasset, Edgecomb, and Camden. The Boothbay home is the perfect getaway to enjoy some of the most beautiful areas Maine has to offer. The home is equipped with a full size kitchen, living room, master bedroom with a half bath two separate guest rooms, and an indoor patio for coffee/tea and relaxation. Nancy was great. Her place is a perfect get away.
Nancy’s place is very cute and welcoming. We had a little hiccup when arriving but Nancy gave us various means to rectify it. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were allowed a later checkout time on New Year’s Day which was greatly appreciated! My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed our time in the area. The home was cozy and clean and just what we needed for our family of 4. Nancy was very responsive and when we arrived a little ahead of schedule, allowed us to check in early - which we very much appreciated after the long drive with two little kids! The home was charmingly decorated with snowmen stuffed animals and other winter decor which was a nice touch.

The home is off of a main route toward Boothbay Harbor. Our neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
Note: Since Boothbay is a popular vacation spot there is traffic that goes by (anywhere in Boothbay). The Home is very quiet. If you leave windows open, you will hear wildlife (birds) and occasional traffic driving by. Most homes in Boothbay are located on main routes or tourist areas. Please do not think this a secluded home. You may hear activity around.
Overall, we ask you please respect our neighbors and obey all laws.
The home is easy to access on Highway 27. Guests will be able to park at the designated parking stalls in front of the home marked, "Resident."
