If you are looking for a quintessential Maine camp, you can do no better than this place. Built in the early 1900s, it has a rustic and lived-in charm (but complete with a dishwasher, high speed internet, and a washer/dryer). The view is incredible and the pictures do not do the place justice. It was an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely beautiful old home right on the rocks overlooking the water. House has tremendous amount of charm - clearly a family home for nearly 100 years. Bedrooms laid out well so activity in the living area doesn’t interfere with those sleeping. Community has great access to the water from both a dock and small swimming beach. House very clean, especially given its age. Linens super fresh and comfortable. Would love to return.

Truly a wonderful stay and property! The location Is spectacular on Juniper Point. You can wake up and watch lobster boats pulling traps, observe seals and bald eagles , bait fish and other shore birds all day from the porch or rock outcropping. It’s rustic but that’s the total charm of the place ! You can tell that this place is loved by its owners and will feel lucky they have shared it with others to rent. Beds were very comfortable, nice bedding , very fully stocked kitchen and serving ware, plenty of towels and linens, a charcoal grill and board games for fun! Nice amenities on site as described. Very good communication throughout. Boothbay is a few minutes away but honestly, if you don’t have to leave this place, you will not be remiss . It’s just lovely for a peaceful Maine vacation.

A spectacular place for a family holiday. The views cannot be beat. The main room gives a full view of the water and we could have spent all day just sitting on the deck staring out at the view. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and with lots of blankets and towels available. Hosts were very responsive. So much to do in the area -- highly recommend a visit to Boothbay Harbor and the Botanical Gardens nearby, as well as a day trip to Monhegan Island. The house itself is old so be prepared for space heaters and fans only, as well as the fact that two of the bedrooms (and one of the bathrooms) are only accessible by going outside the main house. Wasn't a problem at all for a few days in a beautiful place. Highly recommended for a special occasion or just a weekend getaway.
