Great official hosts of Santa Claus this season. Santa was very happy with his accommodations, the host was very responsive, and the property was as described. Would recommend this property and host to anyone.

It is a nice cozy townhome. It’s exactly like how it is described and the community felt safe. Zack was quick in his response and helped fix the dryer knob promptly when we informed it was broken. Overall it is a great stay.

We stayed for a month and found a few things lacking- there are not a lot of utensils and tableware but we bought some paper and plastic to make up the difference. Zack was very responsive and helped try to make things right when things were not clean to our satisfaction in the beginning. It was sufficient for our time. For the value it worked well and helped us accomplish what we needed to in Las Vegas. He’s not local which personally I think impacts the maintenance of the property but still addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

Zack was very great and responsive when I reached out to him with concerns he made sure that he took care of the issue. Home was very clean and homey. Buuttttt I did not enjoy my stay at all for one I think the beds need to be updated because it was very uncomfortable to me but that is just my preference to have a softer bed. My stay may have been better if the neighbors with the dog next door was not barking so much and out of the 30 days that we stayed there at least 10 of those days were us hearing the neighbors fighting very loud screaming, arguing,loud music and the walls are very thin so be aware. Other than that pretty much quiet but something needs to be done about the neighbors are Zack will be kissing business for sure because if we had not paid so much money ahead we would’ve left for sure.

This townhouse was in a good location in Henderson. We stayed just shy of 3 months and the only issue we had was a neighbor who would let their dog outside and it would bark until they let it in. Other than the dog, the complex was quiet and safe. We were about 20 mins away to the strip and conveniently located to red rocks, Boulder city, valley of fire. We would stay here again when visiting Vegas.
