O apartamento tem praticamente tudo que um hóspede pode precisar. Muito completo, agradável e prático. O espaço é aconchegante e a varanda é um dos grandes destaques. Está muito perto da paulista, o que te oferece a poucos passos entretenimento, serviços, restaurantes ótimos, mercados e muito mais. A recepção no edifício também foi impecável, muito seguro e com atendentes solícitos, que nos auxiliaram prontamente sempre que precisamos.

Fue una estadía de muchos días, con mi esposo ,no fue por turismo por lo tanto valoro muchísimo la empatía y profesionalismo de Thalita, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades . El Condomio 5 Estrellas en infrraestrura seguridad y amabilidad del Personal. Muy seguro cerca de todos los servicios. Volveremos sin duda ! Gracias !

Excellent studio apartment. The building has an excellent pool and gym of a higher quality than most hotels I've stayed in in Sao Paulo. the apartment had everything I needed and more including some basic tools which helped me to repair some devices I had brought with me where screws had come loose. the quality of the air conditioning was excellent and I also appreciated that electrical outlets allowed for use of both Brazilian and American systems. Security is very tight at the building and works partially with a facial recognition system. Very little English was spoken by the staff but somehow we figured out how to get my face registered. it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment but just to know that the Brazilian machines take quite a bit longer than American ones.
