We had the most beautiful few days in Garth cottage. The village was within walking distance with everything we needed. The Killen hotel served lovely food and was great to drop into after a hard days walking. Sitting in the hottub on the decking in the rain at the end of the day was so relaxing and a peaceful way to finish the day!!! The cottage itself was warm and functional with everything we needed. It was clean - perfect for what we needed, The whole area was just magnificent. We would love to go back!

Ideal weekend getaway, with amazing riverside location which is a great view to look out onto. It makes relaxing in the hot tub even more enjoyable. Only negative would be, we would have liked to have had more of a cosy / homely feel in the living room.

Very nicely appointed cottage in a beautiful location. The hot tub in particular is an excellent feature of the property with wonderful views and complete privacy.

This is a lovely place for a hot tub getaway. Very nice and peaceful with lovely view of the river. The hot tub was great and we made good use of it. The central heating was very flexible so the place was nice and warm. The place is a walk from Killin with all the amenities including a large coop with food opening hours. There is countless fabulous walking and cycling routes in the area. The oven, hob and microwave are all very modern. However, the kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade. There was only one steak knife and no salt/pepper. There are two TVs but neither of them are smart tvs so you can only watch Freeview. This might not be an issue in the summer, but in December it would be nice to watch a bit of Netflix. The living room would benefit from having a rug. All in all it’s a nice place.
