Very clean and tidy. Location was great for underground and overground trains. Julie was a really helpful host.

I want to thank Julie and her team for a lovely stay. The property was beautiful inside and out and great value for money. I stay in London very regularly and have already rebooked with Julie as the service and friendly approach really made the difference. Highly recommended.

This is a great accommodation. The flat is nicely set up, clean and has lots of space. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Also, this place is 20-30 mins for any major attraction (including walking time to the tubes). It’s only 5 mins walk to the tube/train stations and wonderful coffee shops and tea near by! It’s a really wonderful unit and the hosts are very friendly, always available and very accommodating. We asked for an earlier check in, which they allowed and a later check out, which they also allowed. The only one downside to this accommodation are the train tracks. From the second bedroom, you can see the train tracks. It’s around 150 ft (approximately) from the window. And you hear the train go by every 3.5 minutes till around 11 pm or so, when the train schedule changes and it goes by less frequently- maybe once in 30 minutes. The hosts were thoughtful and provided ear plugs but my young child would not use the ear plugs. My teen wasn’t bothered.

Excellent clean place in the heart of Balham. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
