Location, location, location! This is a sweet little apartment, cozy for two, with everything we needed to go about life while in Oceanside. A quick roll by bike, on safe residential streets to the beach, or access to dedicated trails. A bustling shopping center at the bottom of the hill is easily walkable and meets most needs. Views of the ocean and protected wildlife lagoon from high atop this perch provided the beauty of nature all day long. Jim and Janet are very attentive, kind, and a pleasure to know.

It was the best location for a really great cost. You had everything you needed inside and Jim was always there if you didn’t. It was clean and quiet. It felt great to have a comfy place to relax. I can’t wait to return.

Jim and his wife Janet are an amazing couple. The studio is beautiful and sparkling clean. Everything you can think of is nearby, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, Trader Joe's and restaurants such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Macaroni Grill. I am an ESL teacher and I was able to teach my students well. Please utilize one of the two patio's they provide. We ordered food from Outback, picked it up and went to Bev Mo. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the patio overlooking Carlsbad. This is by far one of our most favorite Airbnb's.
