This place was clean and comfortable. We felt safe there. There is plenty of parking once inside the security gate. There are caretakers that live there for anything you need. The location was great and it is easy to find if you follow their directions or G##gle Maps for the Phil-India arcade. The upstairs unit is open and spacious. The aircon works well. The cons are that the windows are thin and let a lot of light and outside noises in so we woke early to the sunlight and dogs barking non stop. The wifi doesn't reach the unit so you have to go outside on the porch. The only other issue was the water heater that shuts off after 5 minutes and the water turns cold. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the hosts were very nice and communicated well. They said they are working on improving the wifi and will look into the water heater issue.

Carol and Tita Leni’s place was everything we thought it would be judging from the published photos: clean, beautifully arranged and decorated, and accessible to any point in Tacloban (malls, airport, restaurants, etc). Mayen and the kids were very helpful and Tita Leni was so welcoming and kind to us. We will definitely come back!

Carol's place is a quiet relaxing retreat with everything else you may need (restaurants, coffee, laundry, market, transport) all just around the corner. It is very nicely decorated, and they are wonderful hosts. We really appreciated our time there.

It was a very short stay, but the place is so lovely and has an easy access to some place in Tacloban.

Carol’s place was very clean! It was lovely to meet her. Her place felt like home away from home. Very cozy! Would stay here again.
