My husband and I really enjoyed staying here, we booked the trip on a whim because we wanted to check out Clements fishing barge (it was a hit) and some other local fishing places. The house was so cozy, the only thing I wish it had were smart TVs so we could have watched some of our shows at night. Over all we had a wonderful time and it was a cozy home away from home.
This was the perfect place to visit our son who goes to UWLAX and loves fishing! The Lakeview was amazing and fishing from the dock was a lot of fun. It was clean, and cozy. Comfy beds. Comfy furniture to curl up on and visit for hours. Kitchen was FULLY stocked. Quiet neighborhood but besides the train tracks, but we are used to trains so it didn't bother us. John was flexible when we needed to adjust our schedule and responded right away. Highly recommend!
Been coming to fish for 5 years now with my son and have stayed at John's place for the last 4 years. Convenient, flexible, and nice property overlooking the river. John is a great host and we plan to continue the tradition for years to come. Fisherman's Delight is the right description!

My family enjoys all outdoor recreational activities. Growing up and living next to the river has made for a lot of fishing, boating and duck hunting. In the winter time the ice fishing is top notch.
