We had a great time staying at David's Airbnb. The house is located in Mililani which is a residential neighborhood perfect for our family of 3 (one toddler). It was close to a park and close to the grocery store. Mililani is about 30-40 mins from anywhere - North Shore, Waikiki, etc. It's a great central location to stay if you want to tackle more than just the touristy parts of town. The house was very, very clean and it was set up perfectly to relax. Kitchen was well provisioned and amenities were all as described. It felt truly like a home away from home. David's communication was responsive and straightforward. Couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb and host. P.s. we rented the minivan and the van was very clean and great for families (spacious, power doors etc.) - highly recommend!

The location and place has great value for which I would recommend. However David lacked transparency in listing that the home has a separate yard that is occupied by his 2 dogs which occupy a private portion of the outside yard. This would not have been an issue if he had notified me prior to less than 24hr before check in. He assured us that we wouldn’t even notice the dogs were on the property that they are well trained and cared for. My family and I were eating lunch in the dining area when the assistant came to walk the dog and noticed it taking a dump directly in the unobstructed yard & this wasn’t the only time we were aware of the dogs. Another evening the dogs were barking which wasn’t the most please noise while his listing states this is a private rental. Other than that use your best judgement in renting thjs property and read carefully over the rules and regulations as they are extremely strict.

This place was incredible. Before we even unpack at an Airbnb the first thing we do is buy cleaning supplies and clean every inch of it - but not this time, it was immaculate. There are a couple things to be prepared for: There is only one TV in the house. The downstairs room does not have its on AC vent so it does get hotter than the rest of the house. The jacuzzi is only heated from 6pm-10pm which was disappointing since we mainly booked this place for the option of an all day private hot tub. David was very kind, and clean. I’ve never felt more at home at an Airbnb before and it was easy to stay. His instructions were not confusing at all. There are some workers that came into the yard here and there to work on some items and they were so noninvasive that we didn’t even know they were there except we had been advised beforehand. Best stay we have ever had!

This house was simply amazing! Your own oasis if you decide to stay in and conveniently located for your adventures. Nothing was unreasonably far away so we visited each of the beaches and the Pearl Harbor Memorial. Back to the house...as you walk through front gate you are greeted by a charming red door and picture worthy yard views (waterfall jacuzzi included). I spent the first hour just taking pictures of all the native plants. There are also sweetest pups who love to play catch! Inside is beautiful wood furniture in the great room, a copper sink in the kitchen and couches that won't break your back along with a DOWNSTAIRS bedroom! I'm pregnant so I ventured upstairs once to check out the digs but the 1st floor alone was worth every penny! This bnb made want to move to HI!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean! Beautiful area as well!! Very prompt communication from David every time!! The hot tub was AMAZING!!
