Home fit 12 family members comfortably. John was responsive to all questions I had during our stay. Location was not too far, most activities were within 30 mins.

I would highly recommend this unit. It is on the quiet side of the Island, close to quiet beaches, stores, and restaurants. The unit was clean and very roomy, which was perfect for our group hang out together.

John is such a kind and gracious host! We had our wedding at Kualoa Ranch, and John graciously allowed for a super early, 9 a.m. check in. He also allowed a late check out, both free of charge. When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful bouquet and chocolates, and a thoughtful hand written message congratulating us on our marriage. The place itself is great! Very spacious wirh a gorgeous and updated kitchen. The TV in the main living room is huge! (Not that we had much time for that!) The rooms are all equipped with AC, and the main bathroom is updated with all the extras and a beautiful pebble shower. The extra space we rented out was great too, and just what we needed for our family of five. The 4 bedroom 1.5 kitchen, 2 full bathroom house was lovely, and just a 12 minute drive from Kualoa Ranch, where they have a myriad of fun activities! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!! Ample parking, everything you need provided. Large backyard as well for kids to play. John is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him and his property.

John is a fantastic host . His place was perfect for my daughter’s destination wedding . It accommodated our large party comfortably.. short drive to best beaches on island.. everything so lush and green.. would definitely recommend and we will be back!
