Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and it felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Our family enjoyed playing games that are provided. Plus everything you need to go to the beach. Beach towels, beach bag, toys, chairs etc. It is a 20 minute walk to Castles Beach from the house or you can drive to Kailua Beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet day and night. At night all you hear the crickets. It is very peaceful. Even shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided for us. Thank you Kelli for making our stay comfortable. We loved Hawaii and will be back!

I highly recommend this lovely home. It’s located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Great location to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Furthermore, if you like to walk, all these places are within walking distance! If you decide to have your morning coffee outside, I suggest sitting out front. There’s a sweet little covered patio with comfy furniture. The morning highlight: being greeted by the friendly neighbors and their fur pets as they take their morning strolls. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioners worked great. There were plenty of extra linens, blankets, and beach towels. This home has everything you need for a monthly stay and longer. Most importantly, Kelli the host, was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to all our request. We really enjoyed our stay here. Not one complaint to share!

We stayed at Kelli's beautiful property with our 2 adult children. Absolutely everything was thought of in the house, not a detail overlooked! The kitchen was equipped thoroughly! The proximity to the beach, hikes, Kailua, restaurants, grocery shopping, and even getting to/from the airport was so easy! Fantastic! The most helpful thing was having the property manager directly across the street to help with the door code, and answer any questions we had. Response was immediate. Paradise on the Hill will definitely be first on the list when we visit again! Thank you Kelli!

We had a great time at Kelli’s place. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

The house had absolutely everything we needed, and even things we didn’t expect such as snacks and dry goods as well as all the beach gear you could possibly want. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like home. Very spacious and clean, tons of extra towels and linens. Everything was thought out and provided. Thank you Kelli!
