Leo has been really accommodating to my request as I have a very last minute booking and extension to my existing reservation. Not only did he helped me sort things out, he made sure things are well taken care of for me. There was a small wifi hiccup at the unit, but i don’t think it’s a really bad issue since I am out. he did offer to have it fixed the very next day which I was not available.
