This cozy apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is great with lots of restaurants/bars/shops all within walking distance. I stayed here for around 9 months and loved it. It is private with the entrance on the backside of bardstown rd and there’s actually a lot of storage space inside as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place is great! I’m a solo traveler and stayed here for 3 months for a work assignment. Having never been to Louisville prior it was a shot in the dark, but it ended up being everything I needed. Everything is 10 minutes or less in distance- target, airport, bars, etc. The cutest farmers markets and coffee shops are just a 5 minute walk. Always parking available which is very convenient. A few times I had family come visit for the weekend and the pull out bed worked perfect for everyone. Also, as for Matt, if I needed something he had a very quick response time which was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for 3 months on a work contract and it was the perfect space for me. The bed and the pull out couch are very comfortable with foam toppers. The location is also great, right in the middle of everything going on in the Highlands. Only 10 minutes from the airport, 10-15 minute drive to the mall, and 5 minute drive to downtown. Matt was good with staying in touch and communicating as well!
