A small and lovely compact ,three bedroom cottage situated not far from the village of Falcarragh and 10 min drive from the bustling village of Dunfanaghy. It has fabulous views of the Donegal mountains Errigal and Muckish and both are a favourite for climbers. Convenient to beaches, golf courses and hill walking which is very popular in the locality. It's also situated on the Wild Atlantic Way .,Ideal for small families or two or three adults who want to sample our lovely countryside. A visit to Tory Island is a really unique experience. Ferry departs twice daily ,and there's a hotel on the island if you fancy some refreshments,plus a visit to the local art gallery is worthwhile . Glenveagh National Park is only 30 minutes drive , and the Poisoned Glen ,Dunlewey is very scenic ,with Mount Errigal close by.

Pros- nice host- great part of Donegal- accessibility to near by areas is good. Con- house was smaller than expected ( mybe my fault for not properly checking ) Not alot of privacy with lived in house just metres away, ( but neither were we intruded on) I had kids, so i should of gotten a more spacious rent)
Kathleen was attentive and informative yet not intrusive. Had a lovely fire lit for my arrival which was greatly appreciated! A superb host

Kathleen has a lovely wee cottage, fine if you have a car. Close to lots of beautiful places. But not so suitable if you’re walking as there’s a busy road past the front
Lovely house, ideal location, Kathleen was a very friendly host who helped us out when needed and was very welcoming to us and our child. Would definitely recommend.
