Nice clean 3 bedroom condo in Key Colony on Key Biscayne. A quiet beautiful area of Miami with lovely beaches, small shops and restaurants. Our 3rd visit to Alenka's place - some nice updates and maintenance have been done over the years and Alenka is a friendly and responsive host.

Key Colony is great! Alenka’s unit was nice. There were some minor makeup marks left on linens and she expected us to pay to replace all of it which seems excessive.

We had an amazing stay at Alenka’s place. We traveled with 3 small children. The unit is clean. The unit is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The grounds around the unit are absolutely beautiful. The complex is well maintained. The building is conveniently located near shops and a great bakery. The 7 min walk to the main pool and beach is beautiful. There is a playground, tennis courts, lap pool on the premises. We look forward to staying again. A peaceful community near everything the island has to offer. Thank you for a great stay on Key Biscayne.
