The space was just like the photos, quiet clean and peaceful. A great getaway from the city for a group of friends / family. We loved using the fire pit to make s'mores, the only thing is that we wish we could have used the fireplace. One thing to note: the screened-in sunroom area is not heated, so we couldn't make much use of it on the trip. The living room itself is super sunny and bright, so we didn't mind much.

4/5 stars is fair for this Airbnb. Overall, great value, but not as clean as expected. + : Location is peaceful, and between NYC and Boston. We found great food and things to do in the area (distillery, vineyard, chocolate & milk farm, good cafes/restaurants) which was a pleasant surprise. The size of this cottage was nice since we wanted to do a "cabin" but didn't have a big enough group for most places. The living room also has a pullout couch which the listing forgot to mention. Grill worked well and was a highlight. Had to go through the 3rd party Evolve agent to get into contact with the host, but once contacted they were responsive and helpful. Check in and out was easy. -: The place was not as clean as we were expecting.... Trash from previous guests still there.
