We love staying in unique places and this was perfect for us. The room was an eclectic mix of historic and modern. We were greeted immediately when we arrived and shown to our room. Instructions for entering the building and room were clear and easy. We enjoyed breakfast one morning at the restaurant and it was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was always friendly in passing as we came and went. We’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

Jessica was so kind and helpful. The stay was perfect and the location was beautiful. Bring walking shoes so you can truly enjoy the area and all it has to offer. I will surely return.

Very quaint inn. Walking distance to Van Wezel theater. Clean room and very comfortable bed. very old building. Enjoyed the complimentary wine. Restaurant food was delicious

Jessica, along with Sarah and staff, have created a wonderful place to relax and use as home base for exploring all that the Sarasota area has to offer. Downtown Sarasota is a short walk where we found bars, restaurants, shops and a huge Saturday street market. The Reserve itself had an ample selection of wines and craft beer that was really convenient and fun. The restaurant is open most days and serves up very good meals. Our favorite event was the Friday night open mic hight which brings out some real talented non-professionals to share their songs. Jess and Sarah are so nice and always helpful and cheerful which added to the stay. The room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated a complimentary bottle of Italian wine waiting for us on arrival. Overall a really fun week at the Reserve!
