Super netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten mit sehr viel Platz, es fehlt an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke, super Lage.

Michael is a very pleasant accurate host. The place is situated in the small town/village of Niederorschel. The location is great for those who have a car. The apartment is situated on the ground floor,. You can park your car in front of the entrance and easily accessible by wheelchair. The apartment has two large sofas. One is extra comfy for sleeping and can be turned into a bed for two people easily- or for the whole family hanging together and watching Netflix (Netflix is available). In front of the apartment is a grocery store with a bakery in front - it works from Monday till Saturday from 07:00 - 20:00. The bakery has great cakes and fresh baked goods. One minute away is the train station. I personally went to Frankfurt airport directly from our apartment. Although the railway is so close you can hardly hear it - we couldn't believe the train is so close and didn't impact the quietness. From the apartment, you can walk to Niederorschel center which is small and has one bar close to the church or you can go to the next village above the railway that is closer then Niederorschel center. To Duderstadt is a 20/25 minute pleasant drive (no autobahn), one day we went to Muhlhausen which is 19 km away. Also, for us, was interesting the fact that Thuringia (the state where the apartment and village of Niederorschel are located) was a part of DDR. The apartment has one big and spacious bathroom, that provides a wide spacious shower and also a nice bathtub. The only problem could be if there are more people in the apartment that are not close to each other and are not comfortable using the bathroom at the same time. The central space is nice and communication is very nice, you can cook, watch tv and communicate with others all in the same central space. Also, there is a front terrace where you can smoke in the morning or talk to the phone vile others are still sleeping. Both bedrooms are nice and cozy and you can easily isolate yourself from the rest of the apartment.

Wir durften hier eine saubere, sehr schick Eingerichtete Unterkunft beziehen . Der Gastgeber war immer schnell und Informativ zu erreichen. Ein direkte Einkaufmöglichkeit hat die Zeit sehr erleichtert und auch wenn dort ein Zugverkehr statt fand, lut es drin wie draußen zur Erholung ein!!Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.
