My home was built in the 1930s and has lovely period detail + modern conveniences and technology. (Wireless speakers, 50" HDTV in porch; 65" HDTV in basement.) The quiet neighborhood is filled with historic homes occupied by families, many of whom are affiliated with the University. The main entrance to Notre Dame is a short 10 minute walk from the front door. Comfortable couches on the backyard patio + more seating in yard. (Not reflected in photos.) Built-in fire pit w/ firewood included. There is a large deck with benches in the backyard, and a privacy fence. The backyard is an awesome place to sit and enjoy the fire, a drink, and the company of your friends and family.

Our second stay at Emily’s was just as great as the first! Emily is so friendly and helpful. Her home is perfect for a group and has a great backyard. Clean and cozy. Overall, a great place to stay!
First class house, easy to check-in, great location
Beautiful home, walking distance to Notre Dame campus! Easy checkin and checkout. All the amenities we could ask for! Beautiful yard we had drinks around the fire pit. Ample parking. Emily's home is a keeper for us in the future!!!
Beautiful home with a lot of space and walking distance to ND and Eddy Street. This location is very safe and quiet (unlike some locations near ND). Lots of parking on the street or behind house. No pass required even on game days. Super comfortable beds and lots of space to spread out inside. Outdoor area is amazing - firepit, large deck, lots of seating, lights. Great communication from Emily.

My neighborhood is all family homes and is a ~10 minute walk to campus. Many of my neighbors are Notre Dame staff or faculty or graduate students/alums.
Walking is easy to campus and even to downtown SB. Cab or ride-sharing companies are plentiful.

I grew up and have lived most of my life on the East Coast but am now a happy Midwesterner! Mom of three adult children, and employed by the University of Notre Dame.
