very clean and organized property. great location ...5 min to beautifull beach with bathrooms and showers. loved the warm outdoor shower. large air conditioned living room. plenty of parking!

Wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend. We went on vacation with our son, my daughter in law and grandkids. Loved the house. My grandkids loved seeing all the bunnies. Short ride to the beach.

Our stay at Rene and David’s was perfect. Roomy and comfortable. Bedrooms and beds were comfy. Ceiling fans or box fan in them. It was very warm/humid the week we went and there is no AC in bedrooms which was clear in the post and we knew but for those looking for that feature just know that. I had no problem sleeping with box fan and I’m a “hot” sleeper. Amenities of beach passes, gas grill, kayaks, bikes and more was a nice extra! Kitchen is on small side but for what we did it was perfect. It was clean and open floor dining to living area which was amazing for a night in playing cards at the large dining table! Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Nice area for bike riding and walks! Beach is close enough for a walk but easier to park with pass if a lot in tow. Moonstone beach is not open to public for beaching during summer. (This was new to us). Area has so many options from nice restaurants in Narragansett to pub crawls at the ocean mist to Pub. Scarborough, Wakefield and Charlestown all close by for shopping and beaches. We are total Matunuck lovers so our stay was phenomenal with this home being available! Enjoy your stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4, with comfortable beds, plenty of space and everything we needed. We loved sitting in the yard or around the firepit, listening to the birds & watching the wildlife and stars. It’s in a nice, private location with good roads to walk, run or bike on and close access to the beach. We’re hoping to return next year for a longer stretch of time! Thank you Rene & David.
