The place was clean, had everything we needed for 1 night stay, & close to town. We loved the town of Talkeetna! It’s a great cabin to stay at & super close to the air taxi services. The only thing we were not fans of is the spring mattress that seemed to jam into our backs. Luckily the couch was super comfy! Overall great host and good cabin.

The cabin is cozy and warm. We absolutely loved the hot tub. We had a couple concerns. The stairs are very narrow and steep. We also saw water leaking through some of the logs. The cabin seems like it needs a some updating.

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was enjoyable. The host was communicative and responsive, and the cabin was clean and cozy. We particularly appreciated the solid log cabin atmosphere and the great hot tub with powerful jets. However, we were disappointed to discover that the hot tub had restricted hours. After a long drive, we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub, only to find it closed at 10 PM. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided in the description, as it came as a surprise to us. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the other amenities provided.
