We loved our stay at Mathew & Shelley’s place. They thought of even the smallest details when stocking & furnishing the airbnb, and included nice touches that many do not have, such as extra linens & toiletries in the bathrooms, foil & ziplocs in the kitchen, & nightlights throughout the apt. We enjoyed the well-furnished bedrooms, with luggage racks, armoires, and chairs, as well as 2 bedside tables and lamps in each room (I’m always amazed that some places don’t provide any!). Highly recommend going on the ATV tour to get a feel for the property. It was sprinkling on our first morning, so we weren’t going to ask for the tour, but Matthew offered and we happily took him up on it. We are hikers and enjoyed the convenience of walking out our door and exploring the area. The wonderful bonus to our stay was their very sweet dog, Bodie, who was eager to accompany us on all of our adventures. The wine & coffee was so thoughtful and generous—Thank you! We hope to return someday soon.

Our family of four (parents & 2 teenagers) enjoyed a quiet, comfortable and relaxing stay while visiting Ashland to ride our MTBs. Matt & Shelly's place was super CLEAN and well stocked with all the needed functional items (ie. sharp knives, measuring cups, Tupperware for leftovers and even a salad spinner🥗). Really appreciated there being enough toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels and hand soap (items not present in a number of our latest stays elsewhere) in addition to the added thoughtfulness of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and first aid kit. We enjoyed the selection of games, books, and music and the views of Mt. Ashland and the beds were comfortable and supportive. Matt & Shelly had clear expectations and excellent communication while also providing us space. Highly recommend. This was by far one of our BEST AirBnB experiences! Thank You.

It is a wonderful clean apartment with nice furniture and everything you need. Fantastic natural location. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Mat was very positive and helpful. Great place.

Such a beautiful, simple, clean, quiet place that had everything we needed. It is the perfect place to be away from the city noise and watch the wildlife graze and admire the beautiful views from the big windows. Matt was a very gracious host and always responsive! Even helped us out with a situation we were encountering at the time. We would highly recommend staying here and experiencing what we had the pleasure to experience. Note** there is a 3/4 mile well maintained dirt road to the property.
