Perfectly charming Cape Cod get away. Lovely immaculate property inside and out. Pretty neighborhood and the location couldn’t be better for easy access to get to markets, beaches, shops and to highways . Portia is a wonderful and very responsive host . Highly recommend.

Portia’s place was very comfortable! It was very well stocked for cooking and baking. There was even a nice variety of seasonings. The yard was perfect for grilling. We enjoyed a nice fire around the fire pit at night. We definitely recommend this place! Especially if you have kids, love to cook and have a pet!

Portia’s home is absolutely beautiful! Great location and a very clean space. All of the Brewster shops and restaurants are only 10mins away. I highly recommend Spinnaker on your visit!

Portia’s house was perfect for our family vacation. The house, upon arrival, was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Every detail was well thought out and great for family time; from the backyard fire pit to the board games. The location was great, especially being walking distance from a beautiful pond that was great for fishing, lounging on the beach, and even finding wildlife like baby turtles. An overall wonderful stay!
