this is the second time we stayed here in the last year. we love the access to the bay and all watercraft we can use to get out on it. Josh was really helpful in giving fishing advice

We had a great stay at Josh’s place with our two dogs. The house was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and everything worked - grill, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer. The property is in a peaceful rural location right on the water. We walked to the dock several times a day to relax and watch the birds. Josh kindly allowed us to get some oysters which were fantastic. I’m currently injured so we only walked, but this is a great place to cycle, kayak, SUP or canoe. We chose this place because it allowed dogs which was a huge benefit for us - so much better for all when they can just come with. The kitchen has everything you need for meals, and the mud room was a perfect space for the dogs to be. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again.

Great quite place to stay caught a few fish and saw a big buck in the back.
