This was a fantastic rental. It’s on ground level which was great for us. We could walk right from the unit to the water in less than a minute. The facilities on site were good: nice pool, the bar/sandwich shop was cute and yummy, and the kitchen was decently stocked. It was hard to walk from the condo to restaurants/convenience stores, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Great stay!

The location and beach access is fantastic, and why I gave 5 stars. I stayed with my mom and newborn, so being able to basically be at the beach (and being able to whale watch!!) by taking one step out of the unit onto the lanai was perfect for us. We could even hear the ocean from inside the unit. It’s also an 8-minute walk to the ABC store, coffee shop, farmer’s market, and shave ice stand. The on-site diner, Dina’s, is fantastic. The neighbors are lovely. We spent a couple days at nearby beaches, and went to dinner in Kihei and Wailea, all of which were short drives away, but we certainly couldn’t walk there (which was fine for us). If you are looking for a new, modern unit, this unit probably isn’t right for you. But, as I said, you can’t beat the location.

Wonderful location. the beach right in front of the unit is perfect for swimming, lounging, snorkeling, paddle boarding. The pool is great and everyone is friendly. The management office has all sorts of goods and rentals and excursion stuff for you to do as well!
