Great stay! So beautifully situated House on top of a steep mountain-Road; Calm, fantastic view, nice pool and most of all - extremely friendly and helpfull host. Highly recommended.

Staying here was the best decision we made. My family and I were amazed at the generosity and sincerity of Alex and his family; they made sure they were always on hand if we needed help or had questions, provided us with a tasty homemade meal after our tiring flight on our first night, suggested many areas to visit, helped us hire a car (which you'll need - the slightly steep drive at the end is well worth the view and location), showed us around the family business, got us addicted to their delicious healthy ice cream that the mother-daughter team create...I could go on. The private Villa had a beautiful view with a large pool which was refreshing in the Crete heat and you soon get used to the sound of the cicadas. A lovely cleaner came to tidy the place mid-week supplying us with fresh towels and sheets which was a bonus. Close proximity to the city and airport by car too! Recommend :)
