What a wonderful stay the 11 of us had!! The kitchen was perfect for cooking!! The home is beautiful!! Cindy was such a great communicator the whole time!! The short walk to ski on Breck was great. However, we all had to use the free public transportation to return back to the house as the ski off trail was non-existent/ closed (and we had expert skiers w us) but it was quite easy. (Brown South Bus to Mill Run stop and the silver van picked us up w/in a few minutes). We were too tired to go out to any of the restaurants in town, but they looked great. After shopping around town one afternoon we enjoyed parking at the ice rink to visit the Troll in the woods - such a fun little adventure!! Great time was had by all! Thank you so much!!!

Cindy is an amazing host and The Mountain Chalet is a beautiful home! We booked The Mountain Chalet for an extended family ski/snowboard trip and it was amazing! Everyone from the grandkids to the grandparents enjoyed the home and location! We will enjoy the memories made during this vacation for years to come! Thank you!

Great Stay

This is a nice house but there are several maintenance issues and other issues. When we arrived, although it had not snowed in a few days, the snow was not cleared from the patio, hot tub area or any of the deck areas. The grill had not been cleaned. The doors on the deck where the grill is located and on the deck where the hot tub is located cannot be locked. A blanket on the day-bed on the third floor has holes in it. The house is not ski in/ski out as advertised. Even though the house’s garage is advertised as two-car, one side of the garage could not be used because the snow had not been removed from the driveway on that side. In the kitchen, a smoke detector is dangling by its wires from the ceiling. In the bedroom on the third floor, there are electrical wires exposed on the wall.
