位于福莱甘德罗斯岛（ Folegandros ）最迷人的位置之一，占地面积约7500平方米，可俯瞰米洛斯岛（ Milos island ）、最蓝色的海洋和天空以及爱琴海最动人的日落，我们出租两栋90平方米的别墅（请参阅布局）别墅按照可持续的建筑和绿色住房标准建造。每栋别墅均设有宽敞的起居室、开放式厨房、两间双人卧室（配备160 x 200标准双人床），每间卧室均设有独立的套房。绿色豪华别墅是「离网」房屋，与公共供电和供水不相连，配备了非常现代化的光伏装置（配备内置风力涡轮机和积聚器），用于生产卫生热水和建筑物供暖。每栋别墅周围都有一个非常大的阳台和一个带烧烤设施的公共区域（配有大桌子和沙发）。配件、饰面、家具和配件均为顶级（ 3厘米厚的棕色古董花岗岩、地板、浴室（天花板）夹层，以及经典2厘米厚的抛光石头、超豪华浴室配件（带软近座的厕所、印度尼西亚大理石洗脸盆、带玻璃把手的恒温水淋浴间、带有3厘米节水淋浴托盘的淋浴头等）。至于家具，我们仅选择了保护消费者健康的法规的产品（根据严格的德国指令DIBt100 ， E1课程）。家用电器均为节能（电磁炉灶）。卫生间提供免费的Apivita天然产品洗漱用品。早餐：我们每天为您提供美味早餐所需的一切。别墅配备卫星无线网络互联网系统、卫星平板电视、索尼4K蓝光DVD阅读器、带蓝牙的Bose Solo5Audio电视系统。厨房配有洗碗机、洗衣机和烤箱。还提供烤面包机、冰箱/冰柜和炉灶以及水壶。提供毛巾和床上用品。绿色豪华别墅距离安贝利海滩（ Ambeli Beach ） 600米。距离风景优美的Folegandros Chora 7公里，距离Karavostasis港口10公里。现场提供免费私人停车位。

This villa it’s like in paradise. Amazing architectural style, amazing view and incredible sunsets! You only hear nature and waves cuddling you. On the other side you gotta be a bit flexible: dirt road to get there (not too crazy eventually) and no wifi/bad mobile connection. However, the latter forced us to enjoy the nature and just relax. You can drive 5 mins to the closest bar and get wifi while enjoying a coffee or a local crepes with honey

Le logement est exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique dont nous avons bien profité. En revanche, les services ne correspondant pas tout à fait à ce qui figure dans l'annonce : manque d'équipements de la cuisine, pas d'eau chaude même si l'été cela ne nous a pas posé trop de difficultés. Enfin nous conseillons fortement d'avoir un véhicule tout terrain pour accéder au logement. Mais une fois que vous y êtes, vous pourrez profiter de cette vue magnifique et du calme, même en plein mois d'août.

The green luxury villas are located in one of the best spot on the island, with exclusive views on the sunset from the patio. The house is very spacious and clean and equipped with everything. I recommend it for the location (very quiet and remote, away from Chora) and the views!

Lavoro da diversi anni nel settore finanziario come Trader Pan European Equities/Portfolio Manager. Ho vissuto per diversi anni a Milano (dopo la laurea in Economia Aziendale in Bocconi), poi a Londra e di nuovo a Milano; oggi vivo a Lugano. Fin da piccolo ho amato viaggiare e tra i ricordi a cui sono più affezionato non posso non citare la Grecia; terrò sempre a mente quando, da bambino (all’epoca frequentavo il liceo classico e mi capitava di ascoltare incantato la professoressa che raccontava le avventure di Ulisse) i miei mi portarono a visitare questo meraviglioso paese; l’emozione che provai quando vidi all’improvviso a sera tarda l’Acropoli illuminata; quando feci una corsa sulla terra battuta delle antiche piste di Olimpia; e poi, da adulto, il viaggio di 6000 km in moto con mia moglie fino alla Meteore, Delfi, Corfu, il tempio di Apollo Epicurio in Messenia, Capo Tanaro nel Mani, Elafonissos, Kitira, Creta….le brulle Cicladi. Un’altra mia grande passione sono il design e l’Architettura; da tempo mi sono dedicato allo studio della bio edilizia, allo studio dei materiali naturali e delle più innovative e sostenibili tecnologie costruttive. L’amore per i luoghi magici e la passione per l’Architettura eco-sostenibile mi ha portato a sviluppare Green Luxury Villas
