Room was very smelly. Host reply late. Receptionist was rude. Location is convenient. Gym and pool is great.

Amazing location with everything you need in walking(!) distance! Amenities are good and the flat has all the basics you need.

Great space, just two blocks away from high street. Maintenance of the building is also excellent. Lybert was an outstanding host and very prompt with his responses. The only down side is the internet, which is a glorified pocket WiFi device and extremely unstable and slow. Lybert said he’s fixing this with a more stable high-speed internet. I’ll definitely book again once the internet if fixed.

I stayed here for just over two weeks. The location is excellent and the view is incredible. It's spacious, and an adequate apartment. The host responded timely. The building staff are courteous. During my stay, the windows had years of outside dirt built up which tarnished the view. The host was unable to get a window cleaning service there in over two weeks. You should know the mattress is a Korean style, 4-inch thick pad on wooden slats. It was thick enough for me at 55kg, but it is very firm. There is wifi, but it is a Globe @ home prepaid wifi unit. It is a wireless to wifi bridge so works best near the window. The service is very slow during the day and from about 4:30-11pm it's pretty much unusable except for small things like email. I have a globe Sim card and my phone service was also slow here. Sometimes it was marginally faster to use my phone as a hotspot. Service on both was poor. I work online, and was unable to except very late at night. Also the wifi has a quota, and if you run out, you will need to refill it. One way is to use globe cards from the 7-11 nearby. There are instructions in the unit, but it is several steps. Right outside the lobby is a food night market from Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm until 3am. Mercato Centrale. Plus there are other restaurants, a market, fast food, and convenience stores within one block, and a huge outdoor mall a couple blocks north. The air here is very clean and traffic is pretty low key for being in a huge city. It's the nicest area I've seen in Manila. And the elevators are really fast, though they don't feel like it.

Easy check-in, great place. Stayed for more than two weeks. No issues or problems.
