It took some time for a response and to know the address but everything turned out well. The house is in a very peaceful quiet local northern area. 20 min to the airport and downtown areas. There are a microwave, a fridge, a kettle so it brought much convenience for us. The bed is pretty comfortable. Lisa is very friendly. She also prepared sunscreen, insect repellent, after sun lotion, beach towels, hairdryer, which is pretty sweet. We will stay here again if we come back.

We stayed at Peter and Lisa's place for 3 days in 2 nights back in April 2024. Everything was perfect. Clean room, quiet, easy to check in and check out. Definitely staying at their place again when visiting Guam. Please note Peter and Lisa's place is located in Yigo village. There is no public transportation, so you have to rent a car. Peter and Lisa's place is around 15 to 30 minutes to tourist destinations by car. Thank you Peter and Lisa. Blessings to you and family.

The hosts were very responsive to my questions and were able to provide clear instructions. Moreover, the listing is free of clutter and my expectations were met. If you want to have a peaceful stay out of the city for a while, this is the best listing for you.

Our Airbnb stay was great overall. The host was friendly, and despite the remote location, we could access the house by car and rest well. However, some requests took four days to fulfill, like getting a hairdryer and beach towels. The internet was slow in our room, and there was a shortage of hot water for the first two days. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would rate it 99/100. We would consider revisiting in the future.

Of all the Airbnb properties on Guam I’ve stayed at this is by far the best. The hosts were great, friendly and informative. The room was hotel grade with large room and bed and nice bathroom. Definitely worth the price for me. There were nightly power outages in the area due to the typhoon recovery issues that lasted about an hour or two. Nice scene across the island as the typhoon took out trees and leaves which opened up the view from this hilltop accommodation.
