This Appartement is very great. I stayed there for 2 month and you have everything you need close by (supermarket, shops, bus stop, park). It‘s personal touch with the decoration and the good equipment of the kitchen made my stay better. Dan was very helpful with every request.

The space was comfortable and had great amenities. The location is about an hour from the main sites on London by public transport.

The flat was really well placed for what we needed being in Streatham. It is well appointed and comfortable. The road is a bit noisy outside especially if you need to have the window open as we did given the heatwave. Dan was very responsive to messages and very accommodating when we have travel difficulties.

This is a small service flat which would suit a bachelor best. It is in an ideal location for the shops. The staircase gives a very bad presentation to the flat, as it is dirty and poorly maintained. The flat itself is clean. There are good washing machine, stove, microwave, etc. but there is a lack of any large saucepans for pasta or soup, and there are no oven dishes of any kind. So in our opinion the kitchen needs a little more attention in that respect. We noted to Dan that we had no hot (or even tepid) water in the kitchen, which is an inconvenience, and the bathroom sink never delivered enough water to shave. the shower was fine however. The TV did not work, and however small the adjustment, this is something which tenants should not have to deal with. The house rules which were advertised were not in the flat. The decor is industrial/shabby/chic, but I doubt if that would include the seemingly broken sofa and slatted table with broken slats. We were given one set of sheets and few towels. When I went to wash the sheets in the second week, another sheet was underneath. I managed to wash everything and turn it around. Normally we would expect clean linens in a 16 day occupancy (or at least that has always been the case in the past.). Communication with Dan was very difficult. We were given the wrong wifi on our reservation confirmation, and had to wait two days to receive the right one. We informed of our departure two days before, but didn t receive instructions for the keys until shortly after we left at 10 am .

Perfect for my short stay. Great wee flat with all you could require. First class location and not far (5min) from shops, restaurants and takeaways. Dan is an excellent,welcoming host. "Tactfully corrected and sorted my check-in confusion!"
