Absolutely a lovely place with lovely hosts! Jo and Ian were so kind and interactive. They gave us excellent advice, food, and conversation. Would 10/10 recommend to others!

I missed the landscape ,fresh air and the breakfast made from Jo & Ian. They are both so much generous and kind people. The room is cozy. And as the toilet/bathroom is not inside the room, a suggestion is that if the guest prepare for a big scarf would be helpful when it is cold outside.

Jo and Ian where very friendly and kindhearted people. It's a bit tricky to find way to this place, but Jo gave us perfectly clear instructions. She was very responsive and nice. They Also have a very sweet dog, we totally recommend this host! 😊

Our stay at "The Kennels" was one of the most unique stays we have had in a long time. We loved it! True to it's name, our accomodation had been a kennel at one time (circa 1890). Our room was cozy, our beds were comfortable and the wifi had a strong signal. Our private bathroom was located a few steps away (into the main house) and added to the charm of "The Kennels". Without a doubt, the highlight of our visit was meeting Ian & Jo. Their genuine hospitality and warmth made our stay memorable. Oh! And the breakfast they served was excellent! Home made bread preserves, yogurt, were just a few items to choose from.

We had such a lovely time at Jo and Ian’s! Their home is surrounded by nature, so quiet and beautiful. Jo and Ian welcomed us very warmly with a cup of tea (and biscuits!), giving us advice on what to go and where to go. The breakfasts were just perfect (home-made bread, granola, jam and yoghurt!), we had great discussions, while we were watching the squirrels and birds, coming at the window. The bedroom is a bit tiny but still lovely, clean, comfortable, with TV and books. Jo and Ian helped us with everything we needed and were really really really nice people, we won’t forget them!
