A choice of lounge and dining areas, both sunny and shady, will soon get you into the relaxing Mediterranean mood and the two traditional open fireplaces invite you to prepare your own versions of the region’s specialities. The ground floor features a beautiful open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The ground floor features a beautiful open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with wooden beams, rustic furniture and a cosy fireplace makig for a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Large patio doors open directly onto the outside terraces and swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The ground floor is also home to a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, but also a private gym with a modern sauna and a separate shower and toilet. There are four double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor, with independent access to a very romantic panoramic terrace overlooking the islands and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

We stayed at Ana's place for 11 wonderful days. We were 3 families of both adults and kids. Our expectations were fullfilled and more than that. Nice rooms and beds, each with private bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, and nice fireplace to barbeque outside. Several places to dine both outside and inside. We used everything and enjoyed it. Real life was like the pictures on internet. It was only a 4-5 minutes walk to a small shop, local beach and local restaurant. Anyway a car is recommended to get to bigger groceries, and to Zadar (if wanted). If we had questions or demands, Ana took care of them immediately. She was a great host. All of us would recommend Vila Dumina to any travelers. We would love to come back.
This house is extraordinary! It is beautiful, super clean and perfectly organized! We have been there with a group of 9 adults and 2 little kids. Each room has it’s own bathroom and the beds are really comfortable. In the kitchen is everything you need to prepare food and the second dining room outside is fantastic for barbecues. It is cosy and you‘ll find a second refrigerator, plates and glasses and a second dishwasher. The whole interior is chosen with care and high standard. The hospitality of Ana and her father was impressing. The communication was very friendly and helpful. Ana answered all of our questions quick and also gave us some favors. Thank you so much!! We can completely recommend this place :-)
Beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom house! Looks exactly like the pictures. The large LR, DR & kitchen combo worked great for having everyone together for meals. We really enjoyed the pool & outdoor patio. It’s a 10 min walk to the harbor area. The general location was very convenient for us to get to Plitvice National Park & Krka National Park.
