Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Leme chez Marco. La vue est époustouflante et l’appartement très confortable. On trouve tout a proximité, et il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue pour se baigner ! Marco a été très accueillant et soucieux de notre bien-être, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses conseils et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Great host, checkedvon us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Very knowledgeable of f the local spots and attractions. Beautiful place id recommend. Everything was on point and perfect. Will be returning again in the near future and will stay here again if its available.

We’re reluctantly leaving this review because, quite frankly, we don't want anyone else to discover this Leme gem. But that wouldn’t be fair to Marco. This penthouse was extraordinary. From live plants and unique artwork that add character to every corner, to the architectural touches that make you feel like you're living in a museum of modern yet classic art, every inch of this place feels both special and practical. And don't even get us started on the lighting—each room has its own unique ambiance thanks to the carefully curated fixtures. Every room is also functional, with ocean views adding incredible charm. Now, let's talk about the location. What an amazing experience it is to be in such a vibrant and walkable neighbourhood! Marco, the superb host, ensured a perfect stay with attentive yet nonintrusive communication and local tips. Staying here guarantees an unforgettable Leme holiday. If you select this condo, just don't blame us when you never want to leave. (smile)

I stayed in Marco's apartment for the month of October in 2022 and returned a second time for the month of October 2023. You can read my more extensive review for October 2022. I returned to the same apartment because everything was perfect the first time and it was perfect again this visit. I enjoy this part of Copacabana called "Leme". It is a real neighborhood where it is possible to see and meet "Cariocas" (residents of Rio). The beach area here is safe. Get your chair and umbrella from the kiosk "Portal do Sol" near the sign Posto 1. These guys are great and some speak English. Marco is a friendly host who responds very quickly to any questions or problems....although I had none because everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Very high recommendation for your trip to Rio de Janeiro. Steven....San Francisco

Pontos positivos: A varanda, que foi renovada, é sem dúvida o melhor do apartamento; Localização bem segura, com viatura da polícia 24 horas por dia no hotel em frente; Anfitrião Marcos muito atencioso e rápido na resposta a nossas dúvidas e demandas; Porteiros 24 horas por dia, todos muito simpáticos; Banheiro renovado; Cama excelente (para quem gosta de camas altas e firmes). Pontos não tão positivos O chuveiro sofre pela falta de pressão, já que o apartamento fica na cobertura. A água é suficiente, mas não é uma super ducha; O apartamento poderia se beneficiar de novas (e mais macias) toalhas de rosto e banho, bem como novos panos de prato. Conclusão: Voltaria a ficar hospedado lá, sem dúvida.
