Very nice and clean.. plenty of cookware and the gas grill was great. Outdoor space was great and all useable. Enough chairs and boat dock also well kept! Fire pit area was nice as well.

5 stars across the board! We had an amazing time at Conesus! The hosts were awesome! The house was immaculate, great kitchen and living room, beautiful views, and easy lake access. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of! We definitely overpacked! If you’re thinking of staying here, DO It!

The lakehouse was comfortable and had plenty of space inside and out for visiting grandkids !

This is a fantastic place to stay on Conesus Lake! It is right on the waterfront, has a great dock for your boat and has every amenity you could imagine! It is immaculately clean, all appliances are new, as is heat and A/C. There are two decks facing the lake to relax, have a beverage and watch sunsets. Huge windows provide lake views from inside, too. There is a bonus room, double bed and half-bath on the lower level which is perfect for the modern teen who wants to be alone. : ) Ruel and Amy are great hosts, providing information on the house and area, and are very responsive to their guests. We highly recommend this listing.
