We have stayed at Roberto’s a number of times, indeed whenever we have tickets booked for a performance at the DLWP. The apartment sits in Mews that are behind the buildings that face the DLWP, so you would be lucky to find a more appropriate location and especially at such a reasonable price. Recommended

Perfectly situated to visit the De La Warr Pavilion and a walk along the seafront. Modern, clean comfortable overnight stay.

Although compact, it was everything we needed for our nights stay. Roberto was very responsive to any messages i sent him on the run up to our stay and the whole transaction / stay was very smooth. Thank you so much Roberto.

A great place for just a few nights. Bed was comfy and is in a great location. Good temperature even in winter, shower is great. Easy check in and out. Host was responsive.
