The house is very nice, stylish, totally renovated. Charlotte is a very hospitable and kind owner. We had a wonderful welcome at the evening when we arrived - appetizers, some wine; Charlotte also prepared everything for our breakfast. We are very satisfied with our short stay at Charlotte’s house.

We had a great stay. After some basic adventuring the days before, we splurged to this treat and weren't dispappointed. Especially the steam bath was just what we needed to soothe our sorenesses as the days got a little a little chillier. Between that, the pool and a cosy fire on the veranda this was just the evening we had needed. Charlotte and her husband were all around great hosts.

It was a wonderful stay in this great house. It started with a very warm welcome from Charlotte and Andrea. The house is very beautiful, modern and luxurious. The whole family felt like being home. The pool is fantastic and also the outside dining area. We spent more time in the house than travelling around. It was a fantastic week there. Thank you

Beautiful villa which had all the mod cons needed to enjoy our week stay there. Our hosts were lovely and a pleasure to meet. They welcomed us immediately with food on arrival, helping with our cases up the stairs and started showing how everything worked and made us feel very welcome to be staying in their villa. They lived upstairs so on hand if we needed anything and offered suggestions on what to see and do in the area without having to travel too far. It is right next to the entrance to Vitozza the ancient archeological ruins which was a lovely afternoon walk past the caves. The pool was a huge hit and perfect size for our family as was the al fresco dining each evening. The villa was very clean and well maintained and we were delighted we chose to stay here instead of the hotel we were originally booked in. Highly recommend staying here and had a wonderful week in San Quirico, Italy

Hade en underbar vecka i detta fantastiska hem. Nyrenoverat, fräscht och väl genomtänkt. Ett komplett och snyggt hem med hög standard. Värdparet är mycket trevligt och var väldigt tillmötesgående när vi undrade något. De är verkligen måna om att man ska få en så fin vistelse som möjligt. Bästa tänkbara värdar och bästa tänkbara hem. Vi kände oss som hemma och kunde verkligen njuta av vår semester i Toscana.
