Beautiful Modern Villa overlooking an enchanted valley where old thermal waters flow at 37 degrees 4.5 Km from the village of Sorano and Pitigliano. 50 km from the Argentario sea. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, private garden, barbecue, parking. Included in the price access to thermal hot water pools and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 8 people: 6 adults and 2 children. You can enjoy our Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 50 meters from the Villa. The 150 m2 villa, surrounded by peace and greenery, is part of a small complex of 10 villas, each with its own garden and privacy. It overlooks a small and delightful valley where ancient thermal waters flow. The thermal pool is covered in part . The villa is composed by 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Loggia with table and chairs for your relaxation and private garden. Private parking is free of charge. Included in the price you will have access to the 37-degree water pool and outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols. For guests who want breakfast, lunch and dinner it will be the possibility to enjoy our typical restaurant with good local products at 200 meters from the villa. Really nice experience to try is our nwe beauty centre with a large offer of services for helthy and beauty , It is located 5 km from the village of Sorano, a beautiful and uncontaminated place that is erected on a cliff of tuffy rock, overlooking two lush valleys and it is also 5 km from the village of Pitigliano, the most famous village of Maremma, which is presented as a place out of a fairy tale: hidden alleys, sightseeing with breathtaking views, fascinating museums, quaint restaurants and boutiques.

The property is beautiful along with the surroundings (pools, restaurant etc.) it was perfect for what we needed and was spacious for our family of six.
Great area to visit, so many wonderful places to explore and we loved coming back at the end of the day and spent hours soaking in the amazing thermal pools. The community is lovely, the restaurant was yummy and we received wonderful assistance when needed. The house accommodated our family of six, two were children, with plenty of space for everyone. We spent most of our time outside on the patio and yard. Highly recommend visiting the area and staying at the Terme in Sorano.
Cet endroit est encore plus beau qu il ne paraît sur les photos. Mon mari m a dit : n écrit pas trop de belles choses sinon on aura plus de place quand on voudra revenir.... Cela résume tout... Villages typiques, familiale, vous êtes à 2h de Rome , 2h de florence etc.... mais les villages aux alentours vous occuperont bien et vous laisseront des sentiments diverses dans le cœur. Des forteresses riches en histoire, des gens le cœur sur la main... je ne peux que vous recommandée cet endroit!
