A little about us: Matt and I have been hosting on Airbnb for 7 years now. It all started with just 2 VW vans parked on the banks of the Mississippi River. Today, that has transformed to a campground offering rare and unique overnight accomodations located on the beautiful Mississippi River (back in full swing spring 2023 after property and camper renovations!) and once upon a time, our home in the heart of St. Louis City. We are lively and fun spirits and love sharing our serene oasis with others. We try to go above and beyond to make sure everyone who books our listings love and appreciate them as much as we do. We love the outdoors, traveling, and are avid boaters. We celebrate all lifestyles and welcome all kinds of people. Our motto is: always believe that something wonderful is about to happen! Our expectations of guests: We are sharing our personal property (cabin, campers, boats, vans) that we've worked very hard to obtain and maintain. Please treat them with the utmost, greatest of care. Unlike many hosts, we don't charge a cleaning fee, and that is because we expect YOU to clean up and be responsible after yourselves. Help us help you, keep your costs down. * Non-seasoned-maybe it's your first time using Airbnb guests: We are not a chain hotel so please do not treat our places as such. Tidyness and cleanliness is a must. Respecting areas that are exclusive to the hosts is a must. If you have to ask yourself, it's probably best not to. Please be mindful of our expectations. Treat our cabin and our things, better than you'd treat yours or your grandmother's, and we'll all be happy campers :) If you have a poor experience with something, or have a suggestion for an area of improvement at any of our listings, we will appreciate you bringing this to our attention personally or through private message instead of using the Airbnb forum publicly. This has become an awesome small little business for us and we've worked extremely and diligently hard over the years to make sure everything is appreciated, comfortable, and treats you with a nice experience.
