The place is gorgeous, quiet and had a fantastic view! Really wonderful spot! Only minor comment would be the low water pressure, but I don’t think that is anything the owner can do anything about!

Great Location!! We stayed in Punta Garabba last year, tho it was a gorgeous villa it was pretty far away from everything. Matthew’s place was an optimal location. Close to the beaches, walking distance, beautiful 15 minute walk to El Centro/Downtown. Lots of places to walk to, not really a need for a car, with taxis everywhere ,BTW there is a taxi stand 20 seconds outside the front door. We like to walk on vacation and we did! Swimming in the ocean is so Invigorating. We recommend the restaurant directly across the street. It’s a middle eastern/ Thai restaurant that was Fantastic, Casa de Sol with the sign that says “Slow Food,” is very good. We love the Caesar Salad. So good and made in front of you. Incredible! We also enjoyed the food at Hotel Irma 3 min walk down the hill, they had the best margaritas in Zhijua.Another great restaurant, that we went twice is Trattoria de Gianni, across the street from the OXXO. Beautiful views of the bay from the infinity pool.

The place and the view they have are incredible, the reception of Matt and Ali is very good super attentive and always ready to help and support in any situation. The white linens and bedding are very clean. And the place has everything you need for a great stay.

Matt and Ali are great hosts. Met us at the door to the complex and showed us the building entry requirements straight away. Really responsive and just great to deal with. The place is awesome. The amenities are great and we felt right at home. The access to the beach is great and the fact that the taxi rank is right out front of the building was awesome. The pool is fantastic and the place is within reasonable walking distance to most things. Need to use a cab to get to an ATM if you don’t want to walk the 10 min or so to downtown. The Mega Soriana supermarket is a quick 60 peso ride each way. There is a convenience store down the hill just 5 minutes walk. Maid came mid week for a refresh which was really good, not that we are messy but it was great to have. Overall I can’t recommend Matt and Ali’s place enough. It’s wonderful, I wish I could keep it a secret but it truly is a great find!
